Raine started as an experimental project but has now become a major contender in the emulation society as the emulation gets better and better with each release! The majority of the supported games are Taito and Jaleco games from the late 80s and 90s emulating some classic arcade systems like the Taito F2 and F3 System and the Jaleco Mega System 1!

Raine is a DOS based emulator with a nice GUI and features save/load of gamestates! Some of the supported games are not really playable due to copy protection (Ninja Kids, Master of Weapons) or they are still a work in progress. Unfortunately Richard Bush decided to stop the development of Raine for now but he released the source code and a couple of programmers started to add some new drivers and fixes some bugs.
